If you really want to get away from it all, I think I've found your place. This Lighthouse of the Week is also a hotel/resort, and while being fairly isolated, it's also close to Italy. You'll see what I mean in a moment.
It's located on an island in the Arcipelago Tuscano, or Tuscan Archipelago, named Giglio. There are more famous islands out here, notably Elba and Montecristo. The island is almost directly west of the peninsula named the Promontorio dell'Argentario. If you haven't located this place in your mind yet, use the map.
Quick aside: how did anyone think exiling Napoleon to Elba would work? You can practically swim from there to the mainland even if you don't know how to swim.
So, if you're wondering, let's find out about the lighthouse, from the Lighthouse Directory.
"1883. Active; focal plane 39 m (128 ft); three white flashes every 15 s. 10 m (33 ft) octagonal cylindrical masonry tower with lantern and gallery, attached to the front of a 2-story keeper's house. Lighthouse painted white with one red horizontal band; keeper's house painted bright red."
To get there, you have to take a ferry, of course, then you get driven beyond the end of the road. Like I said, get away from it all.

If you go there, tell me about it. Pictures (which is as close as I'll ever get) are below.
