Even if we aren't going to the Moon anytime soon, they're going to try to fly another OCO:

The new NASA will look back at Earth

This mission would be a "carbon copy" of OCO.

Ha ha ha ha ha.

I'd call it Copy-of-Orbiting-Carbon-Observatory. Acronym:

COCO.
