It's gratifying and unsurprising that the Republicans in Congress are held in low-and-getting-lower esteem by the general public. Maybe if that keeps gnawing at them, they'll ultimately realize that what they're doing is both bad for THEM and also for the country at large.
Poll finds high negative marks for GOP
"The poll found that 49 percent of respondents have a negative view of the GOP, the highest negative marks for the party in the poll since 2008. Just 26 percent said they have a positive view of the Republican Party."Gee, I wonder why?
