The swine flu (excuse me, H1N1) vaccine manufactured by Glaxo Smith-Kline goes under the name

GSK gets orders for 440 million swine flu vaccine doses

I wonder what the WHO goal is for the number of people they'd like to get vaccinated? A billion, maybe? I read that the U.S. goal is about 50% of the population, which would be 150 million or so.
