I found this article about the "sea organ" (not an anatomical thing) in Croatia. What it is: a set of organ pipes exposed to the wave action of the sea, so the tune changes as the mood of the sea changes. Very interesting sounds.
This Croatian 'Sea Organ' Uses Wind And Waves To Create Enchanting Harmonies
This reminded me of another mix of sound and light and nature, which is called
"The Place Where You Go to Listen", at the University of the North in Fairbanks, Alaska. It too changes as the natural conditions it interacts with change. I always thought it would be interesting to have a live feed so that it would be possible to listen in to what was happening there, but I guess that defeats the purpose of interactive, immersive art. So watch
a couple of the videos if you want a taste of what it sounds like, synaesthetically speaking.
