Inquiring minds may never know

Since I am unlikely to ever know someone with them, I'm asking these questions at large -

a) do nipple piercings make the nipples more sensitive?

b) if the answer to a is yes, does it enhance the enjoyment of nipple stimulation?

c) will the nipples still function for breastfeeding if the piercings are removed? (I think yes, because there are milk ducts in the areola, but I don't know)
